How do I return my 5G router?

Please return your 5G router within 30 days. If it is not returned within that time, a €150 router charge will apply.

Return it for free with DPD

• · Pack the 5G router securely in its original packaging (if available) or another sturdy box to protect it during transit. Include all cables, power adapters, home plug extenders, the SIM card and any other accessories.
• · Attach the DPD return label to the outside of the parcel if you already have one.

If you haven’t received a label, visit the DPD returns page to create one. Use your Eircode as the Order Number.

When creating your return on the DPD site:

• · Under Retailer, choose IMAGINE BROADBAND.
• · Under Order Number, enter your Eircode (for example, D16A4W6).
• · Choose Small Parcel and enter your contact details. Imagine covers the cost of the DPD return.
• · Print the return label and attach it to your parcel.

Drop off your parcel at a DPD pick-up point and keep your receipt as proof of return.

Using An Post or another delivery service?

You can use another delivery service, but you will need to pay the postage cost. Send the parcel directly to:
